Where is shutterb available?

Currently we are available in Toronto GTA. but looking to expand fast! If you are outside Toronto GTA be sure to follow us on instagram @shutterbco to stay up-to-date on expansion news.

Can I extend my shutterb booking?

Of course! You can extend your shutterb in advance of your event or same day. Simply visit “My Events” within your account to extend your shutterb. shutterbz can be extended for an additional hour.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your event up to 48 hours prior to your event for a full refund. Unfortunately if your cancellation is less than 48 hrs we’ll need to charge for the full event.

Your content will be available for 1 year from your event date, at which time you will be given the option to extend storage for a minimal cost.

If you are the event host and responsible for booking the event you will have access to delete images/videos from the gallery. If you are an event attendee please contact the host and ask them to delete any content you may have an issue with.

What if someone at the event does not want to be captured in content?

It is up to the event host to ensure they communicate to their shutterb team anyone who does not want to be captured. If you are an event attendee who doesn’t want to be photographed please communicate to your event host so they can update the shutterb at the event.

Are shutterbz trained to capture content?

Our team of shutterbz  are professional smartphone creators.  After a thorough screening, they go through our proprietary shutterb labs training which best enables them for capturing content from events with their smartphones.  In addition, we ask our event hosts to provide ratings and reviews so that our shutterbz can learn and grow as smartphone content creators.

How do I know shutterb will capture everything at my event?

Within your event booking you will have an opportunity to indicate what type of event you are hosting. A suggested shot list will be provided in the booking form with an optional field where you can provide any additional requirements you have specific to your event. On the day of your event we suggest you take a few minutes with your shutterb to point out any key attendees, schedule of events so they can be well prepared to capture your memories.

What is content?

Our shutterbz provide quality images and short video clips to share with your event guests and social circles. shutterb content will give a glimpse into the moments you experience, all through the lens of our smartphone creators.

Absolutely! From the event gallery you will have an opportunity to share with your guests.
Can I book the same shutterb for all future events?

When you enter your event details you’ll see if your preferred shutterb is available based on your booking details. If not, all of our shutterbz are awesome and we’re confident you’ll find someone you love!

Are my credit card details safe on your website?

Our payments are processed through Stripe, a third party PCI Certified Payment Processor. All of your personal information and credit card details are secure.

How many pieces of will you capture at my event?

We don’t have a hard rule on numbers when it comes to content, however you can expect approx. 75-100 curated pieces of content per hour. Our shutterbz are trained to curate your content for you, meaning they should be selecting 1 – 2 of the best takes from each shot.
